• Interactive Outreach CDs

  What is it?

• These CDs are the newest approach to reaching your community with a powerful presentation about your church. The CDs are not like a throw-away flyer, rather a very unique and attention-getting pocket-size CD-ROM (about the size and shape of a standard business card). Every month we send out to every new move-in to your church area - and to existing families as well. In today’s overcrowded web, it’s the means to take the web site TO them - and can help show each family you care about meeting their needs as a new arrival to the community.

 

What's available on the CD?

• A menu-driven presentation – viewers see only sections of interest.
• Multiple tools to help meet the needs of new move-ins.
• A “Welcome to the Community” video by your Pastor.
• Ability to print information from the presentation.
• A powerful introduction in Macromedia Flash.
• Your contact information on the CD label.
• Up to 50 MB of information.
• Ability to link to web sites.
• Up to 3 minutes of video.
• Ability to send e-mail.

How do the CDs get distributed?

• CDs can be mailed out in a folding postcard-size mailer - using only your regular postage charges for a letter.
• CDs can be handed out by Pastors, church staff, outreach teams - or even by church members as a convenient and comfortable way to introduce people to their church.

How will it integrate with our church web site...?

There are two groups a church needs to serve:

• Families familiar with your church.

Your current church web site can be an excellent tool to provide information for this group.

• Families not familiar with your church (especially those new to the area).

Since this group of people is not likely to know to search for a particular church name on the web, providing them with an interactive presentation card “takes the web site to them”.

On the card will be a link to the “short shelf-life” information on your church web site (i.e., Calendar of Events). This way, the cards will always remain fresh, and visitors will view your main church information only once.

  This site provides a means to inform your community about your church - in as much or as little detail as you would like. It provides a way for site visitors to view information on many churches in one location and print out one piece of paper with everything they need in order to find your church. Best of all, it does it at a small fraction of the cost of traditional "yellow pages" advertising. Optional information includes:
